Shaun started up Apollo Heating in 1994. He grew the business to c£10m in revenue and subsequently sold it to Spice plc in 2006.

He stayed with Spice for a further 3 years before setting up again in 2010, when he brought a number of underperforming companies. Working with Martin, he turned these businesses around and grew them organically to c£60m revenue, with a £300m order book, when it was sold in July 2016 to a trade buyer.
