Mike began his career in the heating industry with British Gas, however in 1996, Mike’s entrepreneurial spirit led to him founding Gas Call Services Ltd, a company that would ultimately achieve a remarkable turnover of approximately £7 million, which led Mike to make the strategic decision to sell Gas Call Services to Spice PLC, a significant move that further solidified his position in the industry.

However, Mike’s astute decision-making and his determination led him to reacquire Gas Call Services in 2010. Under his guidance, the company soared to new heights, achieving record-breaking turnover, with figures surpassing £10 million and profits reaching an impressive £1.1 million by 2015.

Continuing his journey, Mike made another pivotal move in 2018 when he sold Gas Call Services to Duality Group. Notably, he joined the Board of Duality Group, signifying his ongoing commitment to the company and the industry.

In 2019, Mike orchestrated a significant milestone for Duality Group by overseeing the acquisition of WRB Gas. This deal underscored his strategic prowess and played a crucial role in shaping the group’s expansion.

Mike’s influence extends beyond deal-making. He maintains a steadfast presence, diligently overseeing all operations in Scotland for Duality Group. His dedication to the industry and his knack for navigating complex business landscapes have cemented his reputation as a prominent figure in the gas services sector
