Alan has more than 20 year’s experience advising medium-sized businesses on their strategy and corporate activity (acquisitions, disposals and capital raising). He was a partner at Grant Thornton UK LPP and lead their UK corporate finance business before setting up on his own advisory business. He joined Duality Group as a shareholder and director in December 2016.
